VINIFICACION: This wine is made in the heart of the Priorat. The grapes are hand-picked from several exclusive micro-vineyards adjacent to the winery and strict ecological, organic and biological method is used at all stages of the wine making process. This means a full commitment to environmentally friendly practices and biodiversity to conserve and improve the health of the land, water sources and the vines as well as the natural balance that exists between them.
Aged for 6-8 months in clay amphoras.
TASTING NOTE: Superbly fruity on the nose, velvety-smooth and flavourful in the mouth, with beautifully soft tannins that add to the exceptional character of the wine.
