VINIFICATION: Grape skins are fermented at 24ºC for around 10 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is stabilised in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTE: A full-bodied and flavourful Mediterranean-style red. Aromas of berries predominate, with hints of spices striking a sublime balance in this gentle and superbly refreshing wine.
