If you are someone who likes to take on challenges or swim against the current, then you and Escapa T Tinto are one of a kind. Made with the Garnacha and Cariñena varieties, it is 100% organic. Aged for 6-8 months in clay amphoras, this wine is superbly fruity on the nose and velvety-smooth and flavourful in the mouth. Escapa T Cava, made with the autochthonous grape variety Trepat, is a Cava with a very expressive, vividly bright cherry colour and abundant fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh strawberries are characteristic of this variety and persist on the palate following through to a delicately harmonious finish.
Escap T Cava
VARIETIES: 100% Trepat VINIFICATION: Our cava is 100% Trepat, an autochthonous variety found only in the Conca de Barberà area to the south-west of Barcelona, making it unique. The area also has an age-old wine making tradition that goes hand in hand with the Cistercian monasteries still standing there today. TASTING NOTE: A Cava with a very expressive and vivid cherry colour, shining, clear salmon reflections and abundant fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh strawberries are characteristic of this variety and persist on the palate following through to a delicately harmonious finish.
Escapa T Red
VARIETIES: 50% Garnacha, 50% Cariñena. Organic, 100% winery-owned VINIFICATION: This wine is made in the heart of the Priorat. The grapes are hand-picked from several exclusive micro-vineyards adjacent to the winery and strict ecological, organic and biological method is used at all stages of the wine making process. This means a full commitment to environmentally friendly practices and biodiversity to conserve and improve the health of the land, water sources and the vines as well as the natural balance that exists between them. Aged for 6-8 months in clay amphoras. TASTING NOTE: Superbly fruity on the nose, velvety-smooth and flavourful in the mouth, with beautifully soft tannins that add to the exceptional character of the wine.
