Catalonia is one of the most fascinating regions of Spain in terms of wine production. This is the home of Terroir Tocavi, where wines are made with passion and dedication using the most select autochthonous varieties of the region. We have carefully selected grapes from the regions of Terroir Tocavi to create unique wines that reflect the flavour and quality of the land. Tarragona
Bràfim, located about 80 km southwest of Barcelona along the Cistercian route and just 3 km from the monastery of Santes Creus. Here we have found the ideal conditions for our Grupeta wines, thanks to a Mediterranean climate and the proximity to the sea.
Priorat
Bellmunt del Priorat is right in the centre of the acclaimed wine-making area Priorat. This area is famous for the production of high-quality, full-bodied red wines. The terrain here is quite extreme, with slate soils and low humidity. The Garnacha and Cariñena varieties grown here are the two grapes we use to make our Escapa T Red.
Conca de Barberà
Conca de Barberà, is on the Cistercian route with its centuries-old wine culture linked to the nearby Poblet monastery. To make our Escapa T Cava we use an indigenous grape called Trepat, which is grown exclusively in this area.
